I am finally taking my head out of my ass and treating my body right. After watching Food Inc the Movie my husband and I have decided that enough is enough. Enough high fructose corn syrup, enough growth hormone laden meat. Enough phosphates and nitrates. We have decided to plant a garden, a small one to start, and eat locally grown meat and produce. We are buying organic milk, fruit, crackers and vegetables. We are going to start being more active and really care about our environment. Thank you Food Inc, You have truly changed our lives.
